Midterm propaganda from the Democrats will suffer due to the fact that President Biden can no longer claim that gas prices are falling. Gas prices have risen for the first time in over a hundred days. According to Townhall Reports, the average price of a gallon of gas rose to $3.681 on Wednesday.
Andrew Gross, a spokesperson for AAA, stated that the national average price of gasoline has dropped to its lowest level since June. However, it's still expected to rise due to the various factors that affect the price of oil, such as the war in Iraq and the economic recession.
During the summer, the Democrats and Biden had been celebrating the falling prices of gas. The national average hit a high of over $5 per gallon.
The Biden administration has been aware of the effects of their policies on gas prices, and they don't care about the consequences. Throughout his political career, Joe Biden has repeatedly talked about his intention to end the oil industry. A video of him from 2020 has been circulating recently, showing him talking about reducing oil production.
During the primary debate between him and Senator Bernie Sanders, the former vice president talked about his plan to end the oil industry. He said that he would use regulations and slash subsidies to reduce the country's energy consumption.
It's no surprise that gas prices have gone up since Biden became the president. His plan to end the oil industry was already known, and it's no coincidence that the price of fuel has gone up during his time in office. While Trump was in office, gas prices were under $2 a gallon!
