Specifically, the tariffs will be increased on products like steel, aluminum, semiconductors, electric vehicles, batteries, critical minerals, solar cells, ship-to-shore cranes, and medical products.

The new tariff rates will see significant surges, with some products facing an increase to 100 percent.
