President Joe Biden took a swing at former President Donald Trump during a fundraiser in California, suggesting he should have tried some bleach injections himself. Biden brought up the debunked tale that Trump advised injecting bleach as a cure for the virus. Yep, he went there.
Biden couldn’t resist bringing up the whole bleach saga, claiming, “Remember him saying the best thing to do is just inject a little bleach in your arm? That’s what he said. And he meant it. I wish he had done a little bit himself.” Oh, Joe, always quick with a zinger.

But hold on a second, let’s backtrack. As reported by Breitbart News and the White House transcript, Trump was actually talking about some fancy UV technology and how it could potentially be used to fight the virus. No bleach injections were on the menu, folks.
In the infamous transcript, Trump mused about using “a tremendous – whether it’s ultraviolet or just very powerful light” on the body and mentioned disinfectants wiping out the virus. But let’s be clear, he never said anything about injecting bleach. Nope, not even close.
Despite the truth being out there, Democrats like former press secretary Jen Psaki and Nancy Pelosi have continued to spread the bleach injection myth. Maybe they missed the memo that it was all about UV lights and disinfectants, not chugging Clorox.
In the end, Biden’s bleach jab at Trump may have gotten a few laughs at the fundraiser, but let’s stick to the facts, folks. No bleach injections required, just some common sense and a good dose of reality.
