Christie Crashes in Polls, GOP Prefers Trump & DeSantis – No Surprise!

In a stunning turn of events, it appears that former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie has cemented his position as the most disliked candidate in the crowded Republican presidential race. And really, is anyone surprised? Christie has been a consistent thorn in the side of true conservatives, constantly cozying up to the liberal media and bashing former President Donald Trump at every turn.

It’s no secret that Trump continues to dominate the Republican field. I mean, who can blame Republicans for loving the guy? He’s a strong leader who brought us the greatest economy this country has ever seen. It’s no wonder an impressive 71 percent of respondents had a favorable view of him in the survey. Meanwhile, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, another true conservative who fights for the rights of the American people, came in a close second with a 63 percent favorability rating. Clearly, Republicans have good taste.

But let’s not forget about the other candidates in the race, even if they seem to be suffering from a severe case of name recognition. Take businessman Vivek Ramaswamy, for example. While he may have a somewhat positive favorability rating, it’s clear that he’s just not making waves in the party. Perhaps it’s because he lacks the conservative credentials that true Republicans are looking for. We need leaders who will stand up for our values, not just any old candidate who jumps on the bandwagon.

And then there’s former Vice President Mike Pence. What a disappointment he turned out to be. Despite being second in line to the presidency, Pence has shown himself to be nothing more than a spineless turncoat. His constant attacks on Trump, even going so far as to endorse an indictment against him, reveal his true colors. We need leaders who are loyal to the Republican cause, not those who stab their former boss in the back for personal gain.

But let’s get back to the main event: Chris Christie. It’s no wonder he’s the least popular candidate in the bunch. Not only has he consistently polled in the single digits, but he has also made it his mission to undermine Trump and label him a “threat to democracy.” Sorry, Christie, but the only threat to democracy is the radical left that wants to tear this country apart. True conservatives see through your empty rhetoric and will not be swayed by your desperate attempts for attention.

So, there you have it. The Morning Consult poll has spoken, and it’s clear that the Republican base knows who the real leaders are. Trump and DeSantis top the list, while the likes of Christie and Pence languish at the bottom. It’s time for Republicans to rally behind true conservatives who will fight for our values and make America great again. The future of our party depends on it.
