It seems like Democrats are in a complete frenzy over the possibility that the Supreme Court might actually put a stop to their twisted plan to use the 14th Amendment as a tool to disqualify Donald Trump from the 2024 presidential ballot. These liberals hatched this scheme in 2023, even before the campaign season kicked off, and they wasted no time filing lawsuits left and right to make sure Trump’s name was nowhere to be found on those ballots, effectively stripping voters of their right to choose him.
Can you believe it? In Colorado and Maine, state officials actually had the audacity to disqualify Trump. But thankfully, Trump is fighting back and taking the case to the Supreme Court. And this has caused the left to lose their minds, demanding that Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas recuse himself from the 14th Amendment case because of his wife’s involvement in the “Stop the Steal” movement.

Senator Dick Durbin, a Democrat from Illinois, took to social media to echo this call for Thomas’s recusal, arguing that his involvement would result in “no question of bias.” Seriously, Senator Durbin? The only bias we see here is the left’s desperate attempt to stack the deck in their favor. They know that Justice Thomas is a strong conservative who won’t be swayed by their absurd arguments, so they want him out of the picture.
But let’s set the record straight, folks. Ginni Thomas, Justice Thomas’s wife, had no involvement in the events of January 6th. Sure, she attended the rally, but there’s no evidence to suggest that she took part in the Capitol building incident that followed. So the left’s claim that Ginni’s supposed involvement should disqualify her husband from the case falls apart completely.
And here’s another inconvenient truth: there was no insurrection on January 6th, no matter how many times the left wants to repeat it. Trump never called for violence, and he certainly didn’t incite anyone to engage in an insurrection. In fact, during his speech that day, he explicitly encouraged his supporters to protest “peacefully and patriotically.” Can you believe the audacity of these liberals, twisting his words to fit their narrative?
But that’s not even the worst part. The hypocrisy of those demanding Thomas’s recusal is truly staggering. They had no problem when Fulton County’s district attorney, Fani Willis, admitted to having a romantic affair with one of the prosecutors she hired to go after Trump for election interference. Where was the outrage then? It seems like the left only cares about bias when it suits their agenda.
This whole charade isn’t about protecting the Constitution or ensuring fair elections. It’s about desperately trying to remove Trump from the ballot because they know he has a real chance of winning in 2024. They see their 14th Amendment strategy crumbling before their eyes, and they’ll do anything to stop it. But we conservative patriots won’t be fooled by their deceitful tactics. We’ll continue to fight for a fair and honest election process, where the voices of the people are heard loud and clear.
