A sheriff in Palm Beach County, Florida, has criticized the Biden administration for its handling of the border crisis. The sheriff blames the administration’s lenient policies for allowing an illegal immigrant from Guatemala to allegedly sexually assault an 11-year-old girl. The accused, Marvin Dionel Perez Lopez, reportedly entered the US illegally from Mexico after being released by Border Patrol agents.
Sheriff Ric Bradshaw condemned the Biden administration’s approach to border security, suggesting that it contributed to the incident. Perez Lopez was arrested for assaulting the young girl in his van, according to the arrest report from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.

The victim’s mother discovered the assault and confronted Lopez, who fled the scene. Despite his attempts to ask for forgiveness, the mother called the police, leading to Lopez’s escape from authorities.
Sheriff Bradshaw criticized the federal government for failing to protect American citizens from such crimes committed by illegal immigrants. He emphasized the importance of enforcing immigration laws to prevent similar incidents in the future.
This case highlights the need for stronger border control measures to ensure the safety and security of communities. Conservatives argue that stricter immigration policies are necessary to prevent criminals from entering the country illegally and endangering American citizens.
