Apparently, the Trump campaign found itself in hot water with Arlington National Cemetery for allegedly violating their rules. However, Gabbard, who has proved to be a breath of fresh air in a climate choked with Democratic drivel, made it perfectly clear that she witnessed no misconduct during the somber remembrance of our fallen heroes.
Gabbard reflected on her experience at Arlington, recalling the emotional moment during which Gold Star families honored their loved ones, including those lost during the catastrophic Afghanistan withdrawal. She pointed out that President Trump was present, not just as a photo op, but genuinely spending time with the families for several hours. It appears that the mainstream media, with their typical sensationalism, missed the mark, skewing the narrative to fit their anti-Trump agenda. Notably absent from the event was Vice President Kamala Harris, who was supposedly invited but decided to skip out. The Gold Star families were left less than amused by her absence, and rightly so.
When the topic of alleged cemetery rule violations was broached, Gabbard offered a riveting defense of the Trump campaign. She stated that the campaign checked with the Arlington officials prior to their visit and received the green light to document the event. It seems that the uproar over following protocol was simply a smokescreen to distract from the poignant moment commemorating the sacrifices of America’s service members. Gabbard’s insistence that the issue was resolved between the Trump team and army officials could suggest there’s more to this story than the liberal media is letting on.

Moreover, Gabbard expressed outrage not over the supposed violation but over the mainstream media’s failure to extensively cover the commemoration itself. It’s disgraceful for the press to ignore the contributions of fallen heroes, especially the 13 lives lost during that terrible withdrawal. As someone who has laid eyes on the sacrifices made by our service members and has personal connections to those buried in Section 60, Gabbard’s indignation is both understandable and justified.
Having formally swam against the Democratic tide, Gabbard is fast becoming one of Trump’s most vocal supporters in the current election cycle—a smart move for a former candidate who left the party in 2022. Her pivot demonstrates that even Democrats are recognizing the clear distinction between honoring our soldiers and pandering to political correctness, an area where Team Biden continually stumbles. In this regard, Gabbard is not just fighting for the memory of fallen soldiers but for clarity and integrity in a political landscape that has forgotten what it means to honor sacrifice.
