Republicans in Congress are on the hunt to expose the shady activities of more than ten banks that allegedly colluded with the federal government to spy on Americans following the January 6 protests. The Daily Mail’s report unveiled that this so-called witch hunt targeted individuals using terms like “MAGA” and “Trump” and even flagged purchases of religious texts as potential “extremism” indicators. Can you believe it?
It’s no surprise that the likes of Bank of America, Chase, U.S. Bank, Wells Fargo, Citi Bank, and Truist were already caught up in this probe. But hold on to your wallets, because seven more financial firms, including Charles Schwab, HSBC, MUFG, PayPal, Santander, Standard Chartered, and Western Union, have also been placed under scrutiny for their involvement in this spying scheme. Can’t a conservative just buy a Trump Bible in peace anymore?

Jim Jordan (R-OH) led the House Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government in sending a stern letter to these financial giants, expressing their concerns about the invasion of privacy and the potential labeling of innocent actions as “suspicious” or indicative of “extremism.” This is a blatant attack on our rights, folks.
I mean, come on, do we really think these financial institutions didn’t eagerly hand over our private information to the feds without being asked? It wouldn’t shock anyone if they were the masterminds behind the spying and then snitched on Trump supporters to the FBI. These companies have become our enemies, lurking in the shadows to take us down by any means necessary.
This is a chilling reminder that Big Business, Big Tech, Big Entertainment, Big Media, Big Justice, and Big Academia have all turned against us. They’re operating like the Third Reich did in Hitler’s Germany and have convinced themselves that acting like fascists is okay because we’re the real fascists in their eyes. It’s a dangerous game they’re playing, and we need to watch our backs and pay for anything questionable in cash.
It’s clear that these actions are a direct assault on conservatives, and we need to remain vigilant. This invasion of privacy and targeting based on political beliefs is downright un-American. Protect your freedoms, folks, and keep an eye out for these Orwellian tactics.
