Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden, faced tough questions from House Republicans during a closed-door deposition regarding his involvement with a Ukrainian energy conglomerate. The young Biden admitted that he was being paid handsomely to essentially make the company look more “Western.” How convenient that his dad, Joe Biden, just happened to be the Vice President overseeing Ukraine policy at the time!

It’s clear that Hunter’s cushy job with Burisma, earning millions despite his lack of relevant experience, was nothing more than a blatant attempt to cash in on his family name. The fact that his salary was slashed when President Trump took office speaks volumes. It seems like the days of easy money were over when the Democrats weren’t in power to protect their own.
During the deposition, Hunter Biden conveniently suffered from numerous memory lapses and contradicted himself multiple times. It’s almost comical how he couldn’t recall details about his own business deals or meetings, but he was quick to assert that his father had no involvement in his shady dealings. Sure, we’re supposed to believe that Joe Biden, a career politician with deep ties to Ukraine, had no idea what his own son was up to. Right.
In typical Democratic fashion, Hunter tried to paint himself as a victim of a witch hunt, claiming that he was being wrongly targeted by Republicans. But the evidence speaks for itself – his lucrative position at Burisma and the lack of experience to justify such high payments reek of political favoritism and corruption. It’s time for Hunter Biden to be held accountable for his unethical actions and for the truth to be exposed about the Biden family’s shady dealings.
The fact that Hunter Biden’s testimony failed to provide any new information for House Republicans’ impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden is not surprising. The Democrats will stop at nothing to protect their own, even if it means turning a blind eye to corruption and nepotism within their ranks. It’s time for transparency and accountability in Washington, and for the Biden family to be held to the same standards as any other American citizen.
