Some voters received a bogus robocall shortly before the New Hampshire primary, purporting to be from President Joe Biden. The news media, my, they went absolutely crazy over it! They were simply awaiting an opportunity to promote their narrative regarding the perils of "misinformation" and advocate for greater government and technological oversight. It's as if they couldn't wait for the alarm bells to begin to ring and for the masses to demand that Big Government, Big Tech, and Big Media censor and suppress any information they dislike.

Unsurprisingly, the Democratic Party was the first to condemn the robocall, labeling it "a type of 'deepfake disinformation intended to harm Joe Biden, sway votes, and undermine our democracy.'" Furthermore, the left-leaning Public Citizen was present and advocated for the implementation of federal regulations to oversee AI disinformation. It is as if they were eagerly anticipating the chance to increase governmental authority. An individual who is conservative is incapable of breaking.
Furthermore, would you be inclined to believe it? Even one "disinformation" expert proposed that the so-called "trust and safety teams" of large technology companies should be responsible for monitoring it. Indeed, it is universally acknowledged that the reliability of established technology conglomerates in determining veracity is impeccable.
However, everyone, hold on to your headwear, because the truth is about to be revealed! As it comes out, a Democratic consultant who desires stricter anti-disinformation regulations orchestrated the entire mess. An epitome of a political ruse! Furthermore, which technology behemoths were intended to shield us from the destructive impact of misinformation? Indeed, Google's AI chatbot Gemini deviated from its intended course and began disseminating politically distorted "misinformation" with the velocity of a "I told you so!"
In addition, NPR and the other news organizations are once again demonstrating that they cannot be relied upon to provide accurate information. Comparable to requesting wolves to protect the henhouse, individuals! It is unreasonable to expect the government and tech titans to safeguard us against revisionist AI disinformation. It is fortunate that there are conservative journalists in the world to correct errors and prevent a mountain of liberal prejudice from burying the truth!
