Two assassination attempts have raised eyebrows across the political spectrum, but instead of halting their attacks, Democrats and their media allies are doubling down. It would seem that for some, a little attempted homicide serves merely as a reason to increase the drama, rather than a wake-up call to tone down the rhetoric.
While most reasonable people would take a moment to reflect on the danger of inciting violence through inflammatory language, the Democrats seem to consider it a mere inconvenience. In what world does it make sense to attack someone who has already narrowly escaped a couple of attempts on their life? For the Democrats, apparently, it just seems too good to pass up on chasing their, often illusory, windmills.
