New York State is up to its old tricks again, folks! But don’t worry, he was never actually convicted, so why not use taxpayer money to foot the bill for his legal defense? It’s a great way to stick it to the hardworking people of New York.
Now, you might be wondering why Cuomo resigned in the first place if he wasn’t guilty of anything. Well, it turns out that the Democratic Attorney General, Letitia James, released a report detailing numerous allegations of sexual harassment against him. And let’s not forget the Democratic-led New York State Assembly, who had the audacity to start impeachment proceedings against Cuomo. Clearly, this is all just a big conspiracy to take down a great leader.
