Trump Slams Kamala Harris Nomination as Democratic Disarray Grows

Former President Donald Trump took a proverbial chainsaw to Vice President Kamala Harris’s chances at the Democratic nomination during a press conference at Mar-a-Lago. Amid glitzy palm trees and surely a few potent drinks, Trump explored the baffling spectacle of how Harris landed the coveted spot on the 2024 ticket. If one thing is clear, it’s that this nomination is about as legitimate as a three-dollar bill.

When a reporter asked about Trump’s remarks on Truth Social implying Harris’s rise contradicted the Constitution, the former president didn’t mince words. He emphasized just how important the Constitution is and pointed out the glaring truth: Harris has practically no votes backing her. This revelation likely left many wondering: how in the world did she get anywhere close to being the Party’s pick after being the first one to drop out of the Democratic primary? It is a political plot twist that even a soap opera writer would find hard to believe.

Trump humorously dubbed Harris the “first loser,” and rightfully so. She entered the race with a booming voice of enthusiasm but quickly went silent after a pitiful performance in the debates. Somehow, the Democrats still thought picking someone with zero momentum and even less popularity was a bright idea. The former president recalled how she failed to make a mark in Iowa and eventually bowed out in embarrassment. One can only imagine the secret meetings behind closed doors where party leaders took a long, hard look at Harris and decided, “Yeah, let’s roll with her.” It’s like picking the kid who just struck out three times in a row to be the team captain.

Trump didn’t spare the Democrats from his commentary on how Harris has yet to hold a press conference or give an interview since being named a presidential candidate—not exactly the behavior one would expect from someone gunning for the highest office in the land. It’s almost as if the Democrats themselves suspect they threw a lifeboat to a sinking ship. With each passing day, anxiety about her competence must be growing within the party ranks.

The former president even went so far as to declare Harris as “worse than Biden, though not as smart,” driving the point home that this administration might just be a ticket ride to nowhere. If Harris could crank out a plan to outshine her predecessors, it would greatly aid the Democrats. But as of now, she seems like she is just toppling over the political cliff of obscurity. With an alarming lack of support, the possibility that the Constitution could be violated in picking someone so undeserving looms large. However, that hasn’t exactly stopped the Democrats before. After all, anyone can make it to the top with a few friendly power moves, right?
