An indictment of former President Donald Trump is expected to be announced in Georgia this week, and it’s all based on a phone call he had with Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger after the 2020 election. The indictment in Fulton County would accuse Trump and his associates of pressuring state officials to overturn the election results using aggressive tactics. However, the mainstream media has been misreporting Trump’s statement, which they claim was him saying “find me the votes.” In reality, the transcript shows that Trump said, “I just want to find 11,780 votes, which is one more than we have because we won the state.”

It’s clear that Trump was simply expressing his desire to uncover any potential voting irregularities and prove his victory in Georgia. He believed he was winning on Election Night before Biden ultimately emerged as the winner due to mail-in ballots. Yet, the liberal media has chosen to ignore this alternate interpretation and stick to their false narrative. Trump’s statement was not a command to fabricate votes but a response to critics who argued that a statewide recount would be pointless.
Trump is not backing down and has been criticizing the credibility of Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis. He accuses her of neglecting crime in Atlanta while going after him with multiple indictments. This would be Trump’s fourth indictment, and it’s clear that Willis has a political agenda. It’s outrageous that the justice system is being used as a weapon against a former president.
It’s important to see through the biased reporting and understand the truth behind these allegations. Trump was merely seeking to uncover potential irregularities and prove his victory, not coercing officials to commit voter fraud. The left’s obsession with bringing down Trump continues, but their efforts are only further dividing the country and undermining our democracy.
