First, it is not possible for Michael to have worked at the Wuhan lab during the time that the pandemic occurred. Also, experts believe that the virus was naturally created. It could have escaped from the facility due to the lax security measures and incompetence of the managers.

The goal of the research was to alter the function of the virus so that it could become more deadly to animals. Despite the statements made by Dr. Fauci, there is still proof that the Wuhan lab was manipulating the virus' DNA in order to make it more deadly.
Although his book is not entirely new, Michael claims that the full story behind the coronavirus pandemic has not been told. The Chinese Communist government will most likely keep this secret for a long time.
