The former president is being charged for 34 felony counts of falsifying business records at the Trump Organization, including the payment of $130,000 to Stormy Daniels. Trump has pleaded not guilty to all charges, and his record speaks for his credibility.
The so-called “trial” could last for several weeks or even months, which would consume valuable campaign time for Trump. Amid the primary season, the time for campaigning, rallies, and meeting with supporters is critical. The faulty timing is intentional to reduce Trump’s chances of getting re-elected, which is another example of the leftist Democrat’s dirty politics.
The charges against Trump are baseless and controversial, which could harm his public image and influence the public’s opinion. The left-wing media will undoubtedly jump at every opportunity to put out distorted stories and blow things out of proportion to sway the opinion of the gullible public. They will stop at nothing to bring down a great president who has done so much for this country.
Depending on the outcome of the trial, Trump’s ability to run for or serve in office could be impeded. The Republican primary campaign’s important events, including Super Tuesday primaries and the contest against Governor Ron DeSantis in Florida, coincide with the trial’s timeline. Any distractions or absences from these events could impact the election outcome. This timing is undoubtedly an intentional ploy to manipulate the democratic process and throw the election in favor of the Democrats.
Trump’s response on Truth Social was appropriate: he believes his First Amendment rights, “Freedom of Speech,” have been violated, and the trial’s timing is unfair. The biased scheduling is an example of election interference, which has never happened in the history of this country. This politically motivated trial is just another example of the left trying to silence conservatives and manipulate our elections. But, rest assured, the American people won’t be fooled again by the Democrats’ dirty tricks.
