Trump’s 2024 Witch Hunt: Dems Rig GOP Primaries

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has indicted Donald Trump for what he calls a “hush money scheme” he supposedly had with adult entertainer Stormy Daniels. Now, it turns out, this situation might have constituted election financial fraud and could have influenced the direction of the presidential election, if we believe the claims made against Trump, which are unlikely to be true. Moreover, most of the charges Trump is facing are misdemeanors that expired under the statute of limitations, but that timeline was frozen per then-Gov. Andrew Cuomo under the pandemic emergency. These misdemeanor charges were elevated to felonies based on some legal gibberish. The reality is that this is nothing but a witch hunt.

And the real kicker? The trial date for this fiasco is set for March 25, 2024, which is right in the middle of the GOP primary race for the presidency. It’s clear that this is just another ploy by Democrats to try to dirty Trump’s name in the hopes that voters will rally around him. But they don’t want him to actually win the presidency – they just want to use this trial to pour gasoline on the GOP base and make them renominate a man they already beat in 2020: Donald Trump.

With all the chaos going on in this election cycle, it’s almost as if the Democrats have gone mad. They know that they can’t win on the issues alone, so they’ve resorted to these kinds of underhanded tactics. But the reality is that this kind of shoddy legal action is just a waste of taxpayers’ money. It’s time for the Democratic Party to focus on real issues instead of just trying to bring down their political opponents.
