The Biden administration is once again flaunting the law, this time by violating the Hatch Act, which is designed to keep political activity separate from the government. Karine Jean Pierre tried to justify this blatant disregard for the law by claiming it was in the realm of the Biden campaign. But let’s be honest, the real reason they’re staying silent is that they have nothing positive to share. Their online fundraising and high dollar funding are both in dire straits, and the American people are thoroughly disenchanted with the state of our country.

Biden and his running mate are deeply unpopular, with only 18 percent of Americans satisfied with their leadership. It’s no surprise they want to avoid any sort of public scrutiny or debate. Instead, they’re sticking with their tried and true strategy of hiding out in the basement while their surrogates do the work for them. They want to avoid a referendum on their failed leadership and instead make the election about the challenger.
The Biden campaign is hoping for an ugly Republican primary to suck up all the political oxygen and distract from their lackluster ticket. They’re rooting for the current frontrunner to win the nomination again, just like their strategy worked in 2018, 2020, and 2022. Their rollout video even featured dark fear-mongering, rather than a message of hope and accomplishment.
But Republican voters have a choice. They can either play into the Biden campaign’s plan or turn it on its head. We cannot let this administration get away with breaking the law and trying to distract from their failures. It’s time for real leadership and a change in direction for our country.
