Perhaps in an effort to divert attention from his stumbling performance, Biden not only distanced himself from the blame but also went on the defensive, clearly irked by any suggestion otherwise. The President’s testiness was palpable as he navigated through the minefield of the interview, ultimately reinforcing his stance that he’s not the fall guy in this situation.
For conservative viewers, the entire episode felt like a déjà vu of Biden’s bumbling spree, deceptively bordering on satire. It’s episodes like these that leave one wondering – is this real life or just high-stakes improv?
If anything, Biden’s latest foray into televised torment confirmed what many have long suspected: the lights may be on, but it sure seems like nobody’s home. Whether it was a tactic to deflect or a genuine plea of innocence, one thing’s for sure – clarity, unfortunately, wasn’t on the menu for most of that interview.
