The fawning co-hosts on “The View,” including Joy Behar, were quick to praise Biden’s appearance, highlighting his “relaxed” demeanor and attempts at humor. Behar even drew a ludicrous comparison between Biden and the legendary Ronald Reagan, suggesting that Biden’s comedy routine could be his winning ticket. Let’s get real here – Biden could never hold a candle to Reagan’s greatness, not even in his wildest dreams.

It’s laughable how Behar and company are setting the bar so low for Biden. Just because he can deliver a couple of jokes and appear somewhat coherent for a brief moment, they’re ready to declare him a comeback king. Bless their hearts for trying to polish a turd, but no amount of spin can change the fact that Biden’s performance was a hot mess.
The truth is, the presidency demands someone sharp, quick-witted, and in full command at all times. Biden’s constant stumbling over his words and needing his handlers to rescue him doesn’t exactly inspire confidence.
