Biden’s DOJ lets transgender activist off the hook for vandalizing church and assaulting woman!

The Biden Administration has once again demonstrated its commitment to punishing law-abiding citizens while rewarding those who break the law. According to reports from Fox News Digital, the Department of Justice (DOJ) has decided to offer no jail time to a transgender activist who vandalized a church and assaulted a woman. The reasoning behind this decision is that the rampage in question was committed in response to the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade.

Maeve Nota, a 31-year-old who identifies as transgender, vandalized and spray painted a Catholic church in Bellevue, Washington, breaking two glass doors and leaving hateful messages outside. Nota also attacked a woman and sprayed paint in another person’s face before attacking the police that came to arrest her. Despite all these crimes being committed and the evidence against her, the Biden administration has decided to offer Nota a plea bargain that will require no jail time.

The DOJ’s decision to offer a plea bargain to Nota is just one example of the Biden Administration’s misplaced priorities. While they offer no jail time to criminals who destroy churches and attack people, they relentlessly pursue and prosecute pro-life protesters who peacefully stand for their beliefs. It is also worth noting that this attack on St. Louise Catholic Church is just one of many attacks against churches and pro-life organizations in recent times, with the number of incidents likely to set a record by year-end.

It is becoming increasingly clear that the Biden administration is determined to appease the far-left elements of their base at the cost of law and order. They refuse to enact meaningful policies to protect places of worship and those who peacefully protest against abortion, yet they go out of their way to protect criminals who commit heinous acts of violence. This double standard is unacceptable, and the American people need to hold the Biden Administration accountable for their misplaced priorities.
