In the latest outbreak of violence between Israel and Hamas, the hostilities escalated when Palestinian terrorists launched a mass attack from the Gaza Strip. It’s no surprise that this attack occurred on Shabbat and the religious holiday Simchat Torah – those sneaky terrorists really know how to pick their moments. Five thousand rockets were fired, and to make matters worse, Palestinian terrorists even managed to infiltrate Israeli territory. It’s like a bad movie plot, except it’s happening in real life.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu wasted no time and declared a state of war this morning, calling for a mass mobilization of Israel’s army reserves. Meanwhile, the Biden White House remained eerily silent. Is anyone surprised? It’s becoming clear that President Biden and his administration have no real interest in standing up to terrorists. Maybe they’re too busy planning their next climate change agenda or finding a way to spend trillions of dollars on unnecessary government programs.
Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, the Biden administration decided to make a statement. President Biden spoke with Prime Minister Netanyahu, condemning Hamas’ assault on Israel – better late than never, right? But let’s be honest, mere words without action mean nothing. And let’s not forget, silence speaks volumes. The fact that it took so long for the Biden White House to address this crisis sends a clear message to our allies in the region – you’re on your own.
Secretary of State Antony Blinken also chimed in, condemning Hamas’ attack on Israel. Wow, Secretary Blinken, how brave of you to speak out against terrorism. But where was this condemnation when Israel needed it most? It’s evident that the Biden administration is more interested in appeasing the international community than standing up for our closest ally in the Middle East. It’s a sad state of affairs when our leaders fail to recognize the importance of maintaining a strong and unwavering support for Israel.
As the violence continues to escalate, the casualties on both sides are mounting. At least 40 people have tragically lost their lives in Israel, and over 700 have been injured. On the Palestinian side, the numbers are devastatingly higher, with 160 killed and over 1,000 injured. It’s heartbreaking to see innocent lives being lost in this senseless conflict, but let’s not forget who initiated this aggression. Hamas militants fired over 2,200 rockets toward Israel, while shamelessly claiming that they launched 5,000 rockets. This just shows the complete disregard for innocent lives that these terrorists possess.
In conclusion, it’s clear that Israel is fighting a battle on multiple fronts – against Hamas militants launching rockets and infiltrating their territory, and against the indifference of the Biden administration. It’s time for President Biden to step up and show strong leadership in support of our ally. Israel has every right to defend itself, and the United States should stand firmly by their side.
