The biased and deceitful mainstream media strikes again, this time with CNN leading the charge. Christiane Amanpour, the chief international anchor for the network, couldn’t resist spreading her anti-Israel propaganda during an interview with Queen Rania of Jordan. The queen wasted no time in playing the victim card, lamenting the supposed “glaring double standard” when it comes to support for Israel.

Queen Rania started off by tugging at heartstrings, talking about the plight of “Palestinian mothers” and how they love their children just as much as any other mother. While this may be true, it’s a classic tactic to deflect from the real issue at hand – Hamas attacking our ally in the Middle East.
She then went on to complain about the world’s reaction to the conflict, claiming that there is a double standard in favor of Israel. It’s laughable that she would make such a claim when Israel has always been under constant threat from terrorist organizations like Hamas. The world should be supporting Israel’s right to defend itself, not criticizing it.
Queen Rania even had the audacity to accuse the Western world of being complicit in Israel’s actions. This is nothing but baseless conspiracy theories and anti-Israel rhetoric. The West supports Israel because it is the only democratic and free nation in the Middle East, and it has every right to defend itself against terrorism.
But the queen didn’t stop there. She continued to spew her anti-Israel talking points, throwing around terms like “apartheid” and accusing Israel of daily human rights violations. These claims are not only false but also disrespectful to the real victims of apartheid and human rights abuses around the world.
To make matters worse, Amanpour didn’t challenge any of these claims. Instead, she echoed the queen’s sentiments and even called them the “primary takeaway” from the interview. It’s clear that CNN is more interested in pushing their biased narrative than in reporting the truth.
The truth is that Israel goes to great lengths to minimize civilian casualties, even giving civilians in Gaza the chance to evacuate before taking action against Hamas. Meanwhile, countries like Jordan refuse to take in these displaced people, showing their hypocrisy and double standards.
It’s time for the mainstream media to stop spreading lies and propaganda and start reporting the facts. Israel is our ally and deserves our support, not baseless criticism.
