The liberal elite are at it again, folks! Democratic governors from around the country are gathering together to try and save President Joe Biden’s sinking ship of a presidency. It seems like they’re trying to put lipstick on a pig, as they say, by standing behind Biden despite his abysmal approval ratings and low polling numbers.
Popular Democratic governors confident they can carry unpopular Biden to victory in 2024 https://t.co/anLVvkR2BB https://t.co/anLVvkR2BB

Gov. Tim Walz of Minnesota, who recently took over as the chairman of the Democratic Governors Association, seems to be making some wild claims about how these governors plan to help old Uncle Joe get reelected. He’s talking about how they want to take credit for any successes in their states and somehow tie them back to Biden’s policies. Yeah, good luck with that, Governor.
They’re also talking about holding these fancy ribbon-cutting ceremonies to try and link Biden’s infrastructure plan with new jobs. It’s like they think putting on a show is going to distract Americans from the train wreck that is the Biden administration. They’re even talking about putting up signs to remind people who the money for these projects came from. It’s like they’re trying to use smoke and mirrors to fool the American people. Good luck with that, Democrats.
It seems like they’re also planning to make it a choice between Biden and former President Donald Trump. It’s like they’re stuck in the past and can’t come up with a better pitch than “at least we’re not Trump.” Real convincing, guys.
And then there’s Gov. Roy Cooper of North Carolina, who can’t even run for reelection and is already touting Medicaid expansion as a win for Biden. They’re really grasping at straws here, folks. They’re trying to paint Trump as the big bad wolf who wants to destroy healthcare and Biden as the hero swooping in to save the day. Give us a break, Democrats.
But it’s not all smoke and mirrors. These Democratic governors do have one advantage over Biden – their age. They’re all much younger than ol’ Joe, and they seem to think that’s a selling point. They’re going to try and spin Biden’s age as wisdom, which is honestly just sad. They’re trying to put a positive spin on something that most Americans see as a liability.
The Democrats’ confidence in helping Biden win reelection comes at a time when there are 11 governor races up for grabs next year, and the GOP has a slight edge in controlling state governments. But the Republicans aren’t worried. They think Biden’s unpopularity will work in their favor, and they’re ready to fight back against the Democrats’ desperate attempts to prop up the floundering Biden administration.
So, good luck to the Democratic Governors Association in their quest to save President Biden. They’re going to need it.
