Everyday Americans who support safe borders, strong energy independence, and a robust national defense deserve protection, not to be demonized or threatened online. This growing climate of intimidation is a direct threat to our Republic and must be called out by patriots who still believe in the rule of law.
Shocking incidents reveal a dangerous pattern
Reports emerging from Florida and Georgia show that outrageous online calls for violence are no longer confined to fringe corners of the internet but are spilling into real-world consequences. One woman in Florida, identified as Desiree Sigari, was reportedly sentenced to 13 months in prison after a video urged people to shoot anyone wearing a MAGA hat—an explicit, violent incitement that targeted ordinary conservative Americans. In another disturbing clip, a Georgia Democrat was captured on video apparently suggesting Democrats should legalize executions of Trump voters and ICE agents by labeling them terrorists, a chilling escalation from rhetoric to outright threats.
Media double standards and political accountability
The establishment media’s silence or equivocation on these threats is a disgrace and an active danger to free speech and political dissent. While conservative voices are often demonized for hyperbole, violent threats against Trump supporters are frequently downplayed or normalized by the left-wing press and social platforms. This double standard emboldens extremists and chills civic participation from millions of Americans who simply want to see America’s borders secured and its energy resources protected, including actions tied to Executive Order 14156 on coal supply chain preparedness.
