In a stunning turn of events, Hunter Biden’s attorneys have been caught playing dirty tricks in an attempt to block the release of evidence in his case. It seems that their desperation knows no bounds. It all started when the House Ways and Means Committee submitted an amicus brief to the court, including testimony from IRS whistleblowers. But lo and behold, Hunter’s attorneys swooped in with their deceptive tactics.

One of their associates, Jessica Bengels, falsely claimed to work with the attorney for the House committee and managed to get the filing removed from the court’s docket. But the truth always comes out, and it did in this case. The House committee’s lawyer exposed the scheme and included email exchanges to prove it. Bengels, who is affiliated with Hunter’s attorney’s former law firm, was caught red-handed.

Of course, when confronted, Hunter’s attorneys tried to play innocent and even claimed that the filing contained confidential information. But the audacity of their lies is astonishing. The whistleblower testimony had been public for over a month! They tried every trick in the book to cover up the truth and evade justice.
This whole situation reeks of desperation, as Hunter’s attorneys scrambled to protect their client from the consequences of his actions. It’s a shame that they would resort to such underhanded tactics instead of accepting responsibility. But this is the nature of the swamp that is Washington, D.C. They will stop at nothing to protect their own.
The House committee’s attorney rightfully warned that he would inform the judge of this improper conduct. It’s time for these attorneys to face the consequences of their actions. If they lied to the court, they must be held accountable. We cannot allow this kind of behavior to go unpunished, or else we will see more of the same in the future.
This case involving Hunter Biden has been a circus from the beginning, with questionable plea deals and now dirty tricks from his attorneys. It’s clear that the Biden family believes they are above the law. But the American people deserve the truth, and we will not let them sweep their transgressions under the rug.
It’s high time for transparency and accountability. The American people deserve to know the full extent of Hunter Biden’s actions and whether there was any political interference in the investigation. We cannot let the swamp cover up their misdeeds. The Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project is right to be watching these proceedings closely on behalf of the American people.
Let’s hope that justice prevails and that Hunter Biden and his attorneys are held responsible for their actions. No one is above the law, not even the son of a powerful political figure. The American people deserve better than this, and we must demand it. It’s time to drain the swamp once and for all.
