Judges Overstepping? Why Impeachment Calls Are About Accountability, Not Intimidation

The left is once again playing the victim card, trying to shield their cronies in the judiciary from any accountability. Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson seems to think any criticism against judges, even calls for impeachment, is somehow an evil scheme to intimidate. She doesn’t get it. This isn’t about intimidation; it’s about holding powerful people accountable when they overstep.

There’s a reason President Trump and many conservatives are raising alarms. When judges slap down policies that are clearly in the people’s interest, it’s not just a disagreement—it’s a dismantling of the American way. Trump’s fight is against judicial activism where robed elites think they have a veto over the people’s voice.

Critics want us to believe that judges are untouchable, that their decisions are beyond question. But isn’t questioning and challenging authority a core American value? When judges forget they’re public servants and start acting like kings, it’s the public’s duty to hold them to account. Impeachment isn’t intimidation; it’s a tool to ensure our system stays just and balanced.

The left screams hypocrisy. They loved it when their judges stood up to Trump’s lawful immigration policies. But now they pretend shock over calling out no-overreach courts. The outrage seems selective, doesn’t it? Courts need scrutiny, especially when our nation’s security and integrity are on the line.

Let’s be clear. Law and order shouldn’t mean bowing down to judicial power grabs. It should mean standing firm, fighting for what’s right. If calling for impeachment is intimidation, maybe it’s time some judges felt a little intimidated.
