The activist judges just got a wake-up call—and it’s about time. A federal appeals court has slammed the brakes on Judge James Boasberg’s overreaching contempt probe targeting the Trump administration over deportation flights carrying Venezuelan migrants. Finally, someone stepped up and told these liberal judges to quit their political games and respect our Constitution.
For far too long, leftist judges have acted as if their bench gave them a license to override the executive branch, pushing radical open-borders agendas disguised as “justice.” Boasberg went too far, hunting for ways to punish Trump officials who dared to defend America’s borders. Is it any wonder the American people are fed up with courtroom witch hunts aimed at stopping lawful efforts to protect this country?

The real scandal here isn’t what the Trump team did—it’s that activist judges keep trying to tie the hands of anyone who stands in the way of the globalist plan to erase our laws and flood our borders. The nation watched as President Trump fought to secure American sovereignty, while courts bent over backwards to protect the interests of every foreign national who sets foot on our soil. Where were these judges when American workers lost jobs? Where was their so-called compassion for the victims of illegal immigration?
Thankfully, this appeals court ruling delivered a firm slap to the anti-Trump circus. It actually recognizes the separation of powers: the executive branch calls the shots on immigration policy, not rogue judges with a political agenda. Maybe now the left will get the message—judges are not elected rulers, they’re supposed to interpret the law, not legislate from the bench.
Once again, the left’s obsession with “resistance” backfired, and the American people won a small but important victory. How many more reminders do these activist judges need before they stop interfering with leaders who are actually trying to put America first? Maybe the real contempt here is coming from the bench—not the Trump administration.
