In the age-old saga of Israel and Hamas, we’re once again at a devastating crossroads. With terror on one side and survival on the other, Israel is forced to make a move that some may view as distasteful. But let’s face reality: what alternative is left? The despicable events of October 7, when Hamas once more unleashed its barbarity, can’t simply be glossed over. The massacre in the name of chaos is a blaring alarm for the world to see what we’re truly dealing with—an evil that thrives on destruction.
The critics won’t stop yapping about humanitarian aid. Sure, it sounds noble if you don’t look beneath the surface. They conveniently overlook how any resources sent into Gaza inevitably fall into the hands of Hamas crooks. Old news tells us how these thugs seize control and jack up prices, exploiting their own people. Yet, somehow, we’re supposed to pretend this is an acceptable reality, while cushy leaders pocket billions and sip tea in Qatar’s luxury.
What’s truly mind-boggling is the spineless opposition from a coalition of Western leaders. Britain, Canada, and France had the audacity to wag their fingers at Israel for defending itself. These nations, blinded by their self-righteousness, threaten actions without considering the consequences. Is Israel supposed to stand by and play nice while rockets rain down? The liberal do-gooders may wish for a utopic peace process, but here on planet Earth, reality bites harder.

Israel withdrew from Gaza in 2005 hoping for peace, yet it was rewarded with more bloodshed. The strategic and moral reasons might’ve seemed sound back then, but they resulted in a terrorist hub instead of tranquility. We can ponder whether re-occupation is a rough deal, but one thing is clear: it just might be the only path to true peace. Dispersing Gazans elsewhere could be the key, though the very notion sends liberals into a tizzy about so-called apartheid.
The truth is simple: Israel is in a fight for survival, up against those who spread terror. Labeling them as apartheid doesn’t change facts. The Israeli response may not be ideal, but when so-called leaders fail to act, what choice is left? Is standing idly by while terrorists wreak havoc the answer? Sometimes the least terrible option is the only choice we have.
