After collapsing on the floor, he says that he is tired. This is a humorous yet concerning depiction of how the world views Biden, who is often described as a frail and exhausted individual.
Joe Biden is known for his numerous public appearances, which have been marred by his inability to keep coherent sentences and his numerous bizarre speeches. If not for the disclaimer at the bottom, people would have mistakenly thought that the video was footage of the President inside the White House. One user noted that Biden looked too disheveled to be real.
The image of Biden is that of a worldwide laughing stock, ridiculed and called out for his apparent weaknesses. He is depicted as an old and frail individual who is lying on the White House's floor. His failure to address the issues that matter most to the country and the world has led to various crises.
