The Biden administration is up to their old tricks again, folks! They just can’t seem to resist their obsession with controlling what we can and cannot say on the internet. In a massive blow to free speech, the administration is appealing a federal court ruling that put a halt to their internet censorship operation. It’s like they’re playing a never-ending game of Whac-A-Mole, always trying to find new ways to silence conservative viewpoints.
The ruling, issued by U.S. Federal Judge Terry A. Doughty, is a victory for Republicans who have been fighting against the government’s collusion with Big Tech to suppress certain speakers and content. It’s a triumph for those of us who believe in the First Amendment and the right to express our opinions freely. But of course, the Biden administration won’t stand for that. They’re fighting tooth and nail to maintain their control over what we can and cannot say online.
What’s truly outrageous is that the Biden administration has been using so-called “dis-information” labels and other tactics to label conservative voices as supposedly spreading false information. It’s a blatant violation of our rights and an attack on free speech. The fact that they would collude with Big Tech to suppress certain viewpoints shows just how far they are willing to go to stifle conservative voices and control the narrative.
But hope is not lost. Judge Doughty’s ruling has put a stop to the government’s censorship enterprise, at least for now. It’s a step in the right direction towards restoring the principles of liberty and free expression that our great nation was founded upon. It’s a victory for conservatives who have been fighting against the suppression of our speech for far too long.
Now, it’s important to note that the ruling does make some exceptions. Government officials can still discuss criminal activities like child pornography and national security threats with social media companies. But let’s be clear, those are the exceptions, not the rule. We should not allow the Biden administration to use these limited exceptions as an excuse to continue their assault on free speech.

This ruling has far-reaching implications for tech companies that have been cozying up to the government for years. Finally, they are being held accountable for their actions. It’s about time. These companies have become too powerful, and it’s high time they face the consequences of their collusion with the government to suppress conservative voices.
In the end, this appeal by the Biden administration is just further proof of their disdain for free speech and their desire to control the flow of information. But we won’t let them get away with it. We will continue to fight for our rights and for the principles that make America great. It’s time to put an end to the government’s censorship operation once and for all and restore freedom of speech to all Americans.
