In the latest twist of the Biden family drama, Tony Bobulinski, a former associate of Hunter Biden, has slapped a lawsuit on former Trump White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson for falsely defaming him. Bobulinski, who filed the lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, claims that Hutchinson painted a misleading and negative picture of his meeting with former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows in her 2023 book, “Enough.”

The lawsuit alleges that Hutchinson’s portrayal of the meeting as unethical and potentially illegal has caused Bobulinski significant damage, including harm to his reputation, humiliation, and fear for his safety and that of his family. She falsely described feeling danger during the private meeting, while Bobulinski insists it was simply an exchange of pleasantries with no discussions about Biden or politics.
Bobulinski is seeking no less than a whopping $10 million in damages, citing individual counts of defamation, defamation by implication, and false light invasion of privacy. His legal action comes as a response to Hutchinson’s controversial claims made during her testimony before the House Jan. 6 committee, including disputed allegations about former President Donald Trump and Rudy Giuliani’s involvement in the Capitol riot.
This lawsuit is a much-needed step in setting the record straight and holding those who spread falsehoods about conservative figures accountable. The Biden family has faced numerous controversies and accusations, and it’s about time that someone like Bobulinski fights back against these attacks. It’s a reminder that even those on the right side of politics deserve justice and fair treatment in the public eye, especially when facing the relentless onslaught of misinformation and smears.
