For years, patriotic Americans have watched as career bureaucrats and partisan prosecutors shrugged off mounting questions about the integrity of the 2020 election. Now FBI Director Kash Patel—answering to the people rather than the swamp—has publicly promised that arrests are coming soon in connection with what he says was a rigged contest, and conservatives should take heart that accountability may finally be at hand.
The bureau’s recent execution of a search warrant at the Fulton County election operations hub showed that this administration is willing to follow evidence where it leads, even when it means confronting entrenched local machines that once operated with impunity. Ordinary citizens who demanded transparency will be watching closely as agents sort through records and materials that were kept out of public view for too long.
Director Patel hasn’t only sent agents into the field; he’s also declassified documents and publicly raised troubling questions about foreign interference and unexplained irregularities surrounding the 2020 vote. Conservatives should applaud a director who recognizes the stakes of foreign meddling in American elections and has the courage to shine a light on it, rather than bury inconvenient leads.
This pushback against the Deep State’s comfortable narrative is long overdue after revelations about internal probes like Arctic Frost and the politicized handling of election-related investigations. The old guard inside law enforcement spent years protecting narratives instead of seeking truth; Patel’s leadership has already led to personnel shakeups and a renewed focus on results-oriented law enforcement.
Now is not the time for timid half-measures or intellectual surrender to the mainstream media’s smears. Hardworking Americans who love this country should stand behind the pursuit of the facts, demand swift and transparent prosecutions where warranted, and refuse to let the same institutions that failed us walk away unaccountable once more.
