Haley Surges Past Biden in Hypothetical 2024 Showdown: Poll Reveals!

In a potential face-off for the 2024 presidential election, former President Donald Trump is giving President Joe Biden a run for his money, with Trump leading by just 1 percentage point, according to a CNN poll. However, it’s not just Trump that poses a threat to Biden; other Republican contenders are defeating the president by larger margins.

One of those contenders is former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley, who outperforms Biden by 6 points, leading him 49% to 43%. This confirms recent reports that Democrats and the Biden campaign see Haley as a potential concern. Haley’s advantage lies in her appeal to white, college-educated voters, with more than half of this demographic favoring her over the president. In comparison, other Republican candidates struggle to surpass 48% support among this group.

Former Vice President Mike Pence, Sen. Tim Scott, and former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie also come out ahead of Biden, although the margins are within the survey’s margin of error. Vivek Ramaswamy falls short against the president by just 1 point, while Gov. Ron DeSantis ties with Biden at 47% each.

Interestingly, Politico recently quoted an unnamed senior Democratic strategist who expressed concern about a potential Haley nomination, stating, “If they nominate Nikki Haley, we’re in trouble.” While Haley’s competitors failed to take this quote seriously and adjust their strategies, she capitalized on it by releasing a TV ad in Iowa and New Hampshire, claiming that Democrats and Biden’s campaign fear her more than any other Republican candidate.

Mark Harris, the lead strategist for the super PAC supporting Haley’s presidential bid, emphasized the challenges the Biden administration would face if Haley were the nominee. He praised her for her strong stance against China, her pro-life beliefs, and her condemnation of ineffective leadership from both Democrats and Republicans.

Haley’s strong performance at the recent Republican debate has also boosted her standing in the polls, especially in New Hampshire, where she is tied with DeSantis, who has long held the second-place position. With her unwavering determination and strength, Haley is positioning herself as the candidate America needs in these challenging times.
