Train-Track Selfie Fail: Turkish Thrill-Seekers Learn Brutal Lesson in Common Sense!

Well, well, well, another day, another example of reckless behavior going viral. A woman in Turkey had a close call with a speeding train while taking a selfie with her friends.

This daring (or should we say foolish?) woman and her friends were snapping photos mere inches from the train tracks in Belemedik Nature Park when the train came barreling through. Unbelievably, the train clipped the woman’s hand as she posed for the selfie.

The footage of the incident that emerged shows the group of women grinning and giving thumbs up as the train zooms past them. It’s as if they thought they were invincible! But sure enough, the woman’s hand got a rude awakening from the passing train and she was left in shock and agony.

After being taken to the hospital, the woman was lucky enough to be released after receiving treatment. But this whole situation could have been avoided if they had just used some common sense and stayed away from the tracks. Pozanti Mayor Mustafa Cay even used this incident as a chance to remind everyone to be more cautious, especially when it comes to taking risky selfies.
