For years, hostile groups have tried to scare the West there, planting explosives and using small boats to stir up chaos. Where’s the hand-wringing when rogue regimes threaten peaceful shipping lanes and try to choke the global economy? The hypocrisy is staggering, but conservatives know better than to be lectured by people who can’t even define what national security means.
Trump’s order sends a clear warning: Do not mess with American forces. Let the international crowd bristle and fuss. At least someone’s finally putting America first, even if it makes globalists and liberals lose sleep. Isn’t it about time someone did?
