Trump’s Attorney Reveals Shock Decision – No Handcuffs, No Guilty Plea!

Joe Tacopina, the attorney of former President Donald Trump, has stated in a recent interview on ABC's "Good Morning America" that his client will not enter a guilty plea and will not be restrained by handcuffs. Tacopina clarified that the Secret Service and New York police would not be putting Trump in handcuffs. Trump has been charged with offenses linked to the payment of hush money to the adult film actress Stormy Daniels, marking him as the first American president to face an indictment. This action taken by the Manhattan grand jury is an unprecedented move in the country's history, which has also come as a shock to former President Trump.

According to Tacopina, the news came as a surprise to the former president, leaving him "shocked." Tacopina went on to say that he's uncertain about what lies ahead, apart from an arraignment. He also revealed that they plan to appear before a judge at some point, enter a plea of not guilty, file a series of forceful motions, and continue with the legal proceedings from that point forward.

“I feel as though the rule of law in this nation died yesterday, and I am not pleased.” Tacopina mentioned, stating his concern about the indictment that took place.

The Democrats have cheated numerous times over the years, including spying on my campaign, but using our system of justice to punish a political rival, who happens to be a sitting President of the United States and the leading Republican presidential candidate, has never occurred before. Ever,” Trump wrote in his statement reacting to the indictment.

Overall, it seems that the Democrats are taking their dirty politics to a whole new level by indicting a former president without any legitimate reason. It is nothing less than a political hit job to punish a political opponent. We hope the former president will win this legal fight with flying colors.
