Shenanigans and trickery are afoot, folks! A recent post going around is claiming that all charges against the legendary Donald J. Trump in Georgia got the boot, but hold the phone, that claim is as fake as a three-dollar bill! Sure, a judge did toss out six charges against Trump and his crew, but that doesn’t mean the whole shebang is done and dusted. The crafty Fulton County District Attorney still has the green light to come back swinging for a reindictment. Sounds like someone’s not ready to throw in the towel just yet!
Over on the grapevine, some social media chatterboxes are yammering on about Trump being squeaky clean in this case. One netizen even hollered, “Trump is as innocent as a newborn lamb in that phony case cooked up by Fani Willis!” Well, as much as it tickles the ears to hear, that’s about as true as a unicorn trotting down Main Street. Yep, Judge Scott McAfee may have waved goodbye to six charges, but ten still remain like a clingy cat on a rainy day.
In a twist fit for a daytime soap opera, McAfee might declare if Willis is banned from taking another shot at Trump over his so-called antics in Georgia during the last election. Will she get the ax or hold onto her prosecutor’s badge? The drama is real, folks!
And hat’s off to Trump’s legal eagle, Steve Sadow, for crowing about the judge’s decision to toss out those pesky counts that accused the former President of coaxing Georgia officials into shady business. Sadow’s squawking about how the whole shebang is just a political sideshow that should be tossed out like yesterday’s soggy leftovers. But hey, that’s just one man’s opinion, right?
