In a shocking turn of events, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, the self-proclaimed socialist from New York, expressed her outrage over Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s daring move during a whistleblower hearing. According to reports, Greene had the audacity to show censored images of Hunter Biden, former Vice President Joe Biden’s troubled son.
Ocasio Cortez criticized Greene and the display of these explicit images, decrying it as a “new low” in American politics. But let’s not forget that it was Hunter Biden’s own actions that brought us to this point. The allegations against him involve potential violations of the Mann Act, a federal law prohibiting the transportation of individuals across state lines for illicit activities such as prostitution. Greene merely highlighted these troubling accusations.
It seems that Ocasio Cortez conveniently forgot that just a few months ago, Chairman Comer, a Republican, emphasized the importance of focusing on credible investigations and not getting caught up in the sordid details of Hunter Biden’s life. Yet, here she is, defending the son of a prominent Democrat while simultaneously criticizing Greene for shedding light on these serious allegations.

The evidence presented during the hearing suggests that Hunter Biden may have used his law firm, OWASCO, to pay for women to travel across state lines for possible sexual encounters. There were even deductions made for what investigators believed to be ‘escorts’ and a substantial payment labeled as a ‘golf club membership’ that was allegedly used as a cover for involvement with a ‘sex club.’ These are not the actions of an upstanding citizen, but rather those of someone who thinks they are above the law.
Furthermore, the whistleblowers present during the hearing expressed their dissatisfaction with how the investigation into Hunter Biden’s tax crimes was handled. They accused prosecutors of dragging their feet and not taking this matter seriously. Yet, Democrats are quick to condemn the display of explicit images without acknowledging the potential wrongdoing of Hunter Biden.
Let’s be clear: Greene’s decision to show these images brought attention to the allegations against Hunter Biden, a crucial figure in the Biden family’s business dealings. This display also adds to the mounting concerns the Biden campaign will have to face during the 2024 presidential campaign. As Americans, we should demand transparency and accountability from our elected officials, regardless of their affiliation. It’s time to uncover the truth and hold the Biden family accountable for their actions.
