President Joe Biden is finding himself in hot water over his Iran deal as the conflict between Israel and Hamas intensifies. Critics are slamming the president’s “irresponsible policies” after Hamas launched a surprise attack on Israel, resulting in hundreds of casualties. It’s no surprise that Biden’s decision to issue a waiver allowing the transfer of $6 billion in frozen Iranian oil revenue and the subsequent release of five Americans detained in Iran is coming back to haunt him.

The Twitterverse is aflame with enraged users calling Biden’s actions a “destruction of Israel” fueled by the Democratic Party. Conservative commentator Vince Mansfield took to the platform to voice his concerns, questioning the president’s motives. And who can blame him? Handing over billions of dollars to Iran, a country known for its support of terrorist organizations, seems like a questionable move at best.
Meanwhile, President Biden seems to be missing in action when it comes to the deadly attacks against Israel. While former President Trump condemned the acts of terror and expressed support for Israel’s right to defend itself, Biden remains silent. It’s no secret that American taxpayer dollars have played a role in funding these attacks, further fueling the anger of conservatives across the nation.
Representative Lauren Boebert didn’t hold back in calling out Biden for his reckless decision to hand over billions of dollars to Iran. And conservative host Mark Levin shed light on what he described as Biden’s “appeasement of the Palestinian terrorists.” Levin argues that the transfer of $6 billion to Iran, a known supporter of these terrorists, only contributed to the attack.
Amidst all the criticism, Biden finally had a phone call with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. While Netanyahu stressed that Israel is ready to win the war against Hamas, Biden offered his support to the country privately. However, his refusal to publicly address the situation raises concerns about his commitment to defending our allies.
It’s clear that Biden’s Iran deal is already proving to be a disaster. In his haste to undo the progress made by the Trump administration through the Abraham Accords, Biden is creating a more dangerous Middle East. The American people deserve a president who puts national security first and stands firmly with our allies. Sadly, it seems like Biden is failing on both fronts.
