Dems Erect Ballot Wall Against Challenger to Shield Biden

The Democrats are at it again, folks. They claim to be all about democracy – fighting for it, loving it, and hugging it at night before they go to bed. But when it comes to their own primaries, they seem to have a bit of a selective memory. They’re like that one friend who always conveniently forgets their wallet when the bill comes.

Take Democrat Rep. Dean Phillips of Minnesota, for instance. He’s trying to challenge President Joe Biden for the Democratic nomination, but good luck finding his name on the ballot in several states. Nope, the party seems to be deliberately keeping him off of it. It’s like they’ve built a wall around the ballot and Phillips is the poor guy trying to get in after forgetting his ID at home.

Phillips is not pulling in huge poll numbers, no sir. It’s like he’s that kid at the back of the class who’s really smart but just can’t seem to get anyone to notice. The RealClearPolitics polling average has Biden at nearly 70 percent, while Phillips is chilling at a measly 3.2 percent. Ouch.

But here’s the kicker: Phillips is a sitting congressman, not just some random dude off the street. You’d think the party would give him at least a participation trophy, but nope. They’ve gone out of their way to make sure he doesn’t get much play on the ballot or in the media. Talk about political favoritism.

Phillips is also not happy about the Democratic Party’s shenanigans in New Hampshire. The state law requires it to be the first primary in the nation, but the Democratic Party has scheduled South Carolina to vote first. As a result, they’re straight-up ignoring New Hampshire for delegate-counting purposes. Phillips is not having any of it.

He’s compared his party’s actions to the Capitol incursion of 2021. He actually said that the Democratic Party is “literally trying to prevent names from being added to ballots and people from even voting on those ballots.” Man, talk about stirring the pot. But hey, someone’s got to call out the nonsense.

And it’s not just the party trying to marginalize Phillips. According to him, the Democrats’ media enablers are also trying to ensure he gets zero coverage. It’s like they’re playing a game of hide-and-seek and Phillips is the poor sap who’s always “it.”

It’s like the Democratic Party is trying to pull off a “Weekend at Bernie’s” reboot, but instead of Bernie, it’s Joe Biden they’re propping up. Marianne Williamson, the spiritual guru, is fine by their standards. She’s comic relief, like the drunken porter in “Macbeth” – allowed to remain on stage for a little while, but not too long. Any potential challengers to Biden are to be kept far, far away from the Democratic primary process. Phillips is one of them, and he’s ruffling some feathers with his concerns about the Democratic Party’s leftward shift and its support for Biden.

The party seems more interested in protecting Biden’s image and hanging onto power than letting democracy run its course and giving genuine candidates a fair shot. The 2024 election is important, not just for the American people, but for ensuring that democracy prevails. If the leftists and elites get their way, they might just throw democracy out the window – and we can’t let that happen. So let’s stand up for what’s right, folks. It’s America’s future at stake, and we need to fight for it.
