James Comer, who will be the chairman of the House Oversight Committee when the new Congress convenes, announced on Thursday that the panel will investigate Hunter Biden's business activities. He claimed that the president and the first son are involved in a plan to sell off America's natural resources.
When Joe Biden heard that the Republicans would gain a majority in the House, he should have been congratulating them instead. Instead, he was let know that he is the target of the investigation. According to Comer, he has evidence that shows that the elder Biden used his position in government to benefit his family's business ventures.
According to Comer, the committee will look into the use of the former Biden's office for personal benefit. He noted that there have been multiple instances of Biden family business transactions taking place in countries where Hunter Biden was the "bag man."
According to Comer, the Bidens were planning on selling a major source of coal to the Chinese Communist Party and were also involved in illegal activities with human traffickers. The investigation will look into their ties with the deep state.
Representative Jim Jordan of Ohio, who will be the chairman of the judiciary committee, promised that the executive branch would be held accountable for its actions. He noted that political allies would be protected and those who are opposing them would be treated with disdain.
