In Microsoft’s 2023 Diversity and Inclusion Report, the tech giant shamelessly flaunts its discrimination against white employees while parading around their so-called “progress” in advancing DEI. Can you believe it? They are actually boasting about paying white employees less than their non-white counterparts. It’s downright outrageous!
According to the report, inside the US, all racial and ethnic minority groups who are rewards eligible combined earn more total pay than white employees with the same job title and level. Can you imagine that? White employees are being short-changed while others are getting the better end of the deal. Where’s the fairness in that?

And it doesn’t stop there. The report also highlights the disparity in pay between men and women. This is just another example of the left’s push for so-called “equality” resulting in discrimination against those they claim to be fighting for.
Many people have raised concerns about the legality of Microsoft’s discriminatory pay practices. It’s high time for someone to call out these companies for their blatant double standards and unfair treatment of certain groups of people. If this is what progress looks like to them, then we’re headed in the wrong direction.
