The recent Supreme Court ruling against Texas’ efforts to protect its border with Mexico is nothing short of a betrayal of our nation, folks. It’s a cowardly decision that could spell disaster for the United States if it’s allowed to stand. The high court’s so-called justices, including two Republican-appointed ones, have sided with President Joe Biden’s open border policies, leaving Texas and the entire country vulnerable to the onslaught of illegal immigration.
Let’s dive into the background of this crisis, shall we? As soon as Biden took office, he halted construction of President Trump’s border wall, claiming it was a “waste of money.” What a load of malarkey! The biased media condemned Trump for spending $11 billion on only 50 miles of border barriers while ignoring the fact that Biden’s open border policies could cost American taxpayers a whopping $451 billion per year.

Biden’s reckless decisions have led to over 3.8 million illegal crossings, causing a myriad of issues like crime, drug trafficking, and child exploitation. And where were the congressional Republicans during all of this? They sat on their hands, afraid of a government shutdown and more concerned with currying favor with their billionaire donors than protecting our borders.
Thankfully, Texas Governor Greg Abbott and Attorney General Ken Paxton have taken action to defend their state by installing razor wire and a floating barrier along the Rio Grande. Kudos to them for standing up for Texas and the nation in the face of federal government inaction!
However, Biden’s Department of Homeland Security challenged Texas’ efforts in federal court, resulting in the Supreme Court siding with the Biden administration. This decision not only undermines Texas’ sovereignty, but it also disregards the constitutional duty of the federal government to protect each state against invasion.
It’s clear that the Supreme Court has overstepped its bounds and failed to recognize the states’ right to defend themselves. We’re talking about Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution, folks, which plainly states that the United States shall protect each state against invasion. This isn’t just a matter of legal interpretation; it’s a matter of preserving our nation’s security and integrity.
The fact that the Supreme Court’s decision could delay a resolution until Biden’s term ends is mind-boggling. We can’t afford to wait around while our country is being overrun. It’s time for the American people to rally behind Texas and demand action from our elected officials.
The bottom line is that the Supreme Court’s ruling is a slap in the face to every American who values the rule of law and the security of our nation. Texas has the constitutional right to defend its own borders, and the federal government’s failure to do so cannot go unchecked.
