Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson expressed his disappointment with his past decision to endorse Joe Biden and Kamala Harris for President and Vice President in 2020. In a recent interview with Fox News, the Hollywood star admitted that he regrets the division his endorsement may have fueled and declared he would not be endorsing any presidential candidates in the 2024 election.

The actor conveyed his concern about the current state of the U.S., asserting that his previous endorsement was made at a different time and that he now intends to keep his political views private. “My goal is to bring this country together,” Johnson stated. “Like a lot of us out there, not trusting of all politicians, I do trust the American people and whoever they vote for that is my president and who I will support 100 percent.”
Johnson made it clear that he is not satisfied with the direction the country has taken, voicing his displeasure with the state of America at present. Additionally, he emphasized his optimistic outlook for the nation’s future, expressing his belief that America can improve.
Furthermore, the actor’s past remarks were highlighted, expressing that his celebrity associates do not actually support Biden, rather they are merely “loyal” to the Democratic Party. In an earlier interview with Joe Rogan, Johnson disclosed that while he has friends who support Donald Trump and others who support Joe Biden, he doesn’t have friends who genuinely support Biden; rather, they are loyal to the Democratic Party.
